Obese children in elementary school are more exposed to harassment and discrimination because of their physical appearance. Obesity is a physical and psychological disease with consequences and various symptoms , but in children the burden of being obese is double , his companions isolate them from the games and consider them less able to perform certain activities so that their integration into the group is very difficult and self-esteem is affected significantly.
